On November 30, 2025, 24 Program Associates from 13 countries, regions and organizations successfully completed the Primary Course of the Program for Global Human Resource Development for Peacebuilding and Development, commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
Throughout the course, they acquired essential skills for working on the frontlines of peacebuilding and development, while sharing experiences with each other and fostering international collaboration.
The international Program Associates will put their learning into practice in their home countries, while the Japanese Program Associates will apply it during their upcoming assignments as UN Volunteers. We look forward to their contributions to global peace and development.
