English-Taught Bachelor’s Programs
This is a four-year bachelor’s degree program in which students can obtain their degree entirely in English. Based on an interdisciplinary liberal arts education that integrates and transcends traditional academic boundaries, the program addresses complex global issues from three perspectives: Culture and Tourism, Peace and Communication, and Environment and Society. By studying and sharing ideas in English with students from around the world, participants develop the ability to learn, communicate, and contribute effectively in the international community.
Students take university-wide English-taught liberal arts courses and foreign language classes while building a strong foundation in all academic fields offered by the School of Applied Biological Science.
Through this program, students develop both comprehensive knowledge in biological production sciences and the language skills necessary to be active and effective in international settings.
This program offers a systematic study of Multicultural Education, Peace Education, and International Development Education. It aims to cultivate students who can contribute to the creation of a peaceful society by acquiring:
1)Imagination and practical skills to build a society where people can live together in harmony with others of diverse backgrounds through education;
2)Interdisciplinary thinking and practical skills to implement education that enables global collaboration among people with different values;
