长期履修制度とは、仕事や家事等の都合で通学する机会が限られている方が、通常の修业年限を超えて计画的に学修することを支援する制度です。ソーシャルデータサイエンスプログラムの修业年限は、博士课程前期が2年、博士课程后期が3年ですが、この制度を利用すれば、博士课程前期は3～4年、博士课程后期は4～6年かけて计画的に履修していくことができ、しかも、在学期间が长くなっても授业料の総额は、修业年限（前期2年?后期3年）と同额になります。例えば、博士课程前期を4年间で、博士课程后期を6年间で修了する旨申请し许可された场合には、いずれも毎年纳付する授业料が半额になります。なお、制度适用の申请には期间が定められていますので、ご注意ください。
If your job, childcare, or family care duties limit the time you can devote to your studies, you can apply to spread your degree over a longer period — without paying more tuition in total.
Master's program — normally 2 years; may be extended to 3 or 4 years.
Doctoral program — normally 3 years; may be extended to 4, 5, or 6 years.
Your total tuition remains the same as it would be over the normal period. It is simply divided across the additional years, so you pay less each year. For example, if you are approved to take 4 years for the master's program, or 6 years for the doctoral program, your annual tuition is halved.
You draw up a study plan with your academic supervisor after the orientation held at the start of your first year. Applications are accepted only during a designated period immediately after you enroll, so please contact us early if you are considering this option.
厚生労働省の教育訓練給付制度 / Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's Education and Training Benefits Program
この制度は、雇用保険の被保険者の中で一定の要件を満たす人を対象に、働く方の主体的な能力开発の取组み又は中长期的なキャリア形成を支援するため、教育训练受讲に支払った费用の一部を国が支给する制度です。修了后に申请すると10万円が支给されます。

This program is a system under which the government reimburses a portion of the expenses paid for education and training courses for those insured by employment insurance who meet certain requirements, in order to support workers' independent efforts to develop their abilities or mid- to long-term career development. Program is designated as a course eligible for general education and training benefits under this system, and 100,000 yen will be paid upon application after completion.
