就職活動を始めるにあたって　Tips to start job searching activities

日本で就職をするには日本语能力が必要です。多くの日本企業では応募の際にN2以上の日本语能力（書く力、聞く力、話す力）が求められています。日本语を勉強して、日本语能力試験を受けることをお勧めします。日本语を学ぶ方法は

Japanese language proficiency is required to work in Japan. Many Japanese companies require applicants to have Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher (writing, listening, and speaking skills). We recommended that you study Japanese and take exams such as the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) . How to learn Japanese click .

Job searching activities in Japan are unique in their scheduling, selection methods and other aspects. So we recommend that you start job searching while you are still in school. First, start by understanding the aspects of job searching in Japan and how the process is different from your own country.

公司等から広岛大学へ提供された自由応募の求人は原则、キャリア支援クラウドサービス「キャリタス鲍颁」から閲覧できます。业种?勤务地等の条件を指定して検索できます。

教授推薦（大学推薦、類?専攻推薦　等）の求人については各学部?研究科の就職担当教員へお问い合わせください。

As a general rule, open to application job openings provided by companies and other organizations to Hiroshima university can be viewed through the 「キャリタス鲍颁」"Caritas UC" career support cloud service. You can search for jobs by specifying the industry, location, and other criteria.

Please contact the faculty member in charge of employment at each faculty or graduate school for information on faculty-recommended job openings (university-recommended, department-recommended, etc.).

「キャリタス鲍颁」へのログイン滨顿とパスワードは「惭测もみじ」の「进路?就职掲示」でお知らせしています。表题は【広大生用「キャリタス鲍颁（求人?インターンシップ検索システム）」滨顿?パスワード年度更新】で掲载しています。

The login ID and password for "Caritas UC" is posted on the「進路?就職掲示」page of "MY MOMIJI". The title of the page is "広大生用「キャリタス鲍颁（求人?インターンシップ検索システム）」滨顿?パスワード年度更新 [進路?就職掲示/Message from the Career Center] (yearly update)."

※All job openings on "Caritas UC" are posted in Japanese.

「キャリタス鲍颁」の求人検索の仕方　How to find job openings on Caritas UC

　にログインをする。
「求人票?公司を探す」をクリックする。
「フリーワード検索」をクリックする。
「条件変更／详细検索」をクリックする。
その後、１番下の方にある「その他こだわり条件」をクリックし、「外国人留学生採用実績あり」にチェックを入れる。
そして、下にある「この条件で検索する」ボタンを押す。

Login to "".
Click "「求人票?企業を探す」(search for job openings and companies)".
Click "「フリーワード検索」(search by free word)".
Click "「条件変更／詳細検索」(change search conditions / advanced search)".
After that, around the bottom of the page, click "「その他こだわり条件」(other special requirements)", and click the recruitment target check box of "「外国人留学生採用実績あり」(companies with experience in hiring international students)".
Finally, click "「この条件で検索する」(search using these conditions)" at the very bottom of the page to search for applicable positions.

ガイダンス?セミナー情報　Guidance sessions and seminars information

学内外で行っているガイダンスや説明会に参加しましょう。学内で行うガイダンス?説明会は、もちろん留学生も参加可能です。留学生限定のガイダンスも年に２回程度开催予定です。

We recommend that you participate in the guidance sessions and seminars which are held in the University or off-campus. For on-campus sessions and seminars, international students are encouraged to join and participate. The guidance sessions for only international students are scheduled to be held twice a year.

日本での就职活动の方法、进路や职业、キャリアデザイン、就职のアドバイス等についての相谈ができます。
相談は原則、日本语で行います。相談は予約制です。予约方法はこちら。

日本学生支援機構　Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO)

日本学生支援機構 (JASSO)は、留学生交流を一層推進するため、留学生の受入れ?派遣の両面において、様々な支援事業を実施しています。日本で学ぶ外国人留学生が、それぞれのキャリアデザインに沿った就職ができるよう、留学生の就職?採用活動に関する有益な情報を提供しています。「外国人留学生のための就活ガイド」は、大変役に立ちます。

JASSO is carrying out various support projects in regard to both the accepting and dispatching of exchange students, in order to promote international networking and exchange opportunities.
JASSO provides useful information in regard to job searching and recruitment activities for international students studying in Japan so that they can find employment opportunities which fit their planned career designs. 留学生就職支援ネットワークとは、加盟校の外国人留学生のみ参加できる大学公認の外国人留学生の就職活動を支援するための仕組みです。広島大学も加盟しています。日本で就職を希望する外国人留学生に、日本での就職活動の方法?就職試験対策やビジネス日本语教材などを詳しく?分かりやすくWEBサイトにて提供することで、24時間好きな時に好きなところで学習することができます。また、外国人留学生の採用に積極的な企業の採用情報や外国人留学生向けのガイダンスやセミナーの情報、合同企業説明会や面接会などの情報も提供します。登録方法等、詳しくはHPを参照してください。

What is the "Career Support Network for International Students in Japan"?
It’s a system which is in place to enhance the available support for international students in regard to their job searching activities.
