December 10 is Human Rights Day. (Japan designates the week ending on December 10 each year as ¡°Human Rights Week.¡±)

ÑÇÉ«ÊÓƵ established on December 27, 2021, the ÑÇÉ«ÊÓƵ Charter and the ÑÇÉ«ÊÓƵ Code of Conduct which stipulate human rights as follows:

1. Respect for human rights
   In all its activities, ÑÇÉ«ÊÓƵ will not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind in relation to ethnicity, nationality, religion, belief, gender, economic or social status, or disability, and will respect and protect the human rights and individuality of each person.

1. Respect for human rights and diversity
