■実施する调査：
①厂贰搁鲍学生调査（回答所要时间 约25分）

SERU（Student Experience Research in University）学生調査とは、学生の経験を理解し教育をより良くすることを目的とした調査です。
得られたデータを厂贰搁鲍の国际コンソーシアムに加盟する海外のトップレベルの研究大学と比较し、教育の质の改善に役立てます。详细ページ
②学生生活実态调査（回答所要时间 约8分）
学生生活実态调査とは、学生の皆さんの学生生活の现状や大学が行う学生支援についてどのように感じているかを把握する為の调査で、原则2年に1回実施しております。
対象
调査に回答していただいた方の中から、抽选により以下の景品が当たります。
※注意※
?学部生は、①②両アンケートで调査対象となっています。
?5万円分の补尘补锄辞苍ギフト券は、①②両アンケートに回答した学部生から抽选で16名に当たります。
?大学院?専攻科生は②のみ调査対象で、3万円分の补尘补锄辞苍ギフト券が抽选で当たります。
?なお、补尘补锄辞苍ギフト券がはずれても、生协电子マネー1千円分が当たるチャンスがあります。
抽选で合计400名以上に当たるチャンスがあります。
?当选者の方にのみ、「惭测もみじ」の个人掲示でご连络させていただきます。
?なお、当选者の方への当选のご通知をもって発表に代えさせていただきます。
?抽選の経過や結果などに関するお问合せは一切お答えできません。

STUDENT SURVEYS "Questionnaire of Actual Conditions of Student Life" and "Student Experience in the Research University"
To understand your thoughts on your study environment and life at 亚色视频, we are running 2 surveys as below.
Your response is essential to improve student services and educational environment of the university.
By responding to the surveys, you have a chance to win a prize! Total of more than 400 students will win either Amazon Gift Card or electronic money for coop shops. We will draw a lottery to choose the winners among the students who respond the survey/surveys.

[SURVEYS] This event is carrying out with two of the student surveys as below.
①Student Experience in the Research University (For undergraduate students)
②Questionnaire of Actual Conditions of Student Life (For undergraduate students, graduate school students, and advanced course students)
[HOW TO JOIN] Please log in to "My MOMIJI" and follow the each step for answering surveys;
①Student Experience in the Research University;
1. Login to My MOMIJI
2. Click “Student Experience in the Research University survey” on Personal Information
3. Answer the survey (Approximately 25 mins to complete)
②Questionnaire of Actual Conditions of Student Life;
1. Login to My MOMIJI
2. Click “Surveys” and “Survey Responses” at the left of My MOMIJI
3. Answer the survey (Approximately 8 mins to complete)
[NOTICE]
*Both surveys ①&② are collecting responses from Undergraduates. And ② is collecting also from Graduates and Advanced Course Students.
*16 undergraduate WINNERS for 50,000yen amazon gift card will be chosen by lottery ONLY if you respond to BOTH surveys.
*Graduate school students and advanced course students have a chance to WIN 30,000yen amazon gift card.
*Even if you couldn't win the amazon gift cards, you still have a chance to WIN 1,000yen worth electronic money for coop shops. (Winners will be more than 400 students in total.)
*We will contact ONLY WINNERS through My MOMIJI's Personal Information tool.
*We will NOT announce the winner to the public.
