Home広島大学生物生产学部では、国立研究開発法人科学技術振興機構（JST）2023年度国際青少年サイエンス交流事業（さくらサイエンスプログラム）ご支援のもと、アジア?アフリカの学生?教員を招いて国際サマースクールを2023年9月11日（月）から15日（金）までの5日間にわたり開催しました。
同サマースクールは、統合生命科学研究科と国际交流協定校を中心とした海外大学の学生や若手研究者がグローバルな視野で知識と技術を共有することを目的に2008年より開催しているもので、15回目となる今年度は、前回同様、各大学から学生と共に教員を招聘することで、実質的な共同研究始動の機会としました。また、サマースクールのテーマを「持続可能な開発目標(SDGs)達成のための国際サマースクール in Hiroshima」とし、各国でSDGsを達成するための取り組み、課題などを発表するシンポジウムを9月14日（木）に開催しました。
初日の9月11日には4ヵ国5大学から14名の教员?学生が一堂に集い、サマースクールが开始されました。

留学説明会では、鈴木国际交流委員長から大学の紹介、留学について説明があり、続いて本学で学んでいる国費?私費外国人留学生から自身の留学の経緯や生活についてプレゼンテーションがありました。質疑応答では留学を検討する参加者からさまざまな質問が飛び交いました。

研究室见学では、参加者は2グループに分かれそれぞれ、学生チューター引率のもと、水圏统合科学プログラム、応用动植物科学プログラム、食品科学プログラム、分子农学生命科学プログラムの4プログラムの研究室を回り、最先端の设备やそれぞれの研究活动について闻く机会を得ました。

ウェルカムパーティーでは、浴衣の着付けを通じて日本文化を体験し、参加者同士の交流を図りました。
日本文化体験
翌12日と13日には、参加者の専门分野に応じた「サイエンスプログラムワーク」に参加し、受入教员、本学学生とともに実际に手を动かして先端科学技术を体験しました。
14日午前は、株式会社サタケへ公司见学に出かけました。そこでは农学科学分野の社会実装を学び、外国人人材を积极的に採用して世界展开につなげている実态を知ることができ、留学へのモチベーションをさらに高められたのではないでしょうか。

午后には、13时から国际シンポジウムが开催されました。17の厂顿骋蝉のそれぞれに自らの研究がどのように贡献するか、课题は何かなど、サマースクール参加教员5名及び本学教员1名の発表及び质疑応答を通して议论を深めました。また、同时开催のポスター発表では、サマースクール参加学生6名及び本学の大学院生9名の研究発表が行われ、74名の教职员?学生参加しました。

シンポジウム终了后、フェアウェルパーティーが开催され、参加者へは岛田学部长から修了証书と记念品が授与されました。教职员?学生アシスタントら総势40名が参加し、参加者との别れを惜しみつつ、更なる交流を深めました。

15日最终日は広岛の歴史を学ぶツアーが実施されました。広岛市の平和记念资料馆、原爆ドーム、宫岛访问を通して、広岛が辿った唯一无二の歴史を俯瞰し、平和希求のシンボリックな都市に成长した过程を学ぶことにより、広岛で学ぶ意义を深められたのではないでしょうか。
