英国Vitaeの開発したVitae RDFにより、自己能力診断を実施できます。
诊断结果を元に能力开発计画を立て、养成科目を受讲しスキルアップを行いましょう。
The Skill Development menu is one of the core functions within HIRAKU-PF. You can assess your skills and competencies based on the Vitae RDF as a rubric. Based on the assessment results, let’s set up your action plans and take the recommended classes to develop your skills.?

研究者の総合的な能力開発を目的として英国Vitae () が開発した能力指標です。?
研究者として求められる资质や能力、计63项目が、础から顿の４つの大きなドメイン（大项目）に分类され、さらに12のサブドメインに细分化されています。一つ一つのスキル项目には、それぞれ到达目标レベルが设定されています。?
HIRAKU-PF には、研究者の能力自己診断の指標として組み込まれています。
The RDF is a professional development framework for planning, promoting and supporting the personal, professional and career development of researchers in higher education, which has been developed by UK Vitae ().?
The RDF consists of 63 skills and competencies that are considered to be required for researchers. They are structured in the four domains from A to D, further into 12 sub-domains.?
This RDF is built within the HIRAKU-PF as a rubric for your professional development.?
贬滨搁础碍鲍-笔贵では、セキュリティと利便性のバランスを考虑し、セッションタイムアウト时间を1时间に设定しております。1时间を超えて作业を続けていると强制ログアウトとなり、『保存』ボタンを押してもエラーとなる可能性があります。
To ensure an appropriate balance between security and usability, we have set the "session timeout" value for HIRAKU-PF to one hour. If you continue working for more than one hour, you may be automatically logged out. In such cases, clicking the "Save" button may result in an error.
また、贬滨搁础碍鲍-笔贵には自动保存机能はありません。适宜『保存』ボタンを押して作业内容を保存するようにしてください。（ポップアップ画面の『?』マークなどを押しても保存されません。）
Please note that HIRAKU-PF does not feature an auto-save function. Be sure to click the "Save" button periodically to save your data. (For example, clicking the "?" mark on a pop-up window will not save your data.)
