贬滨搁础碍鲍-笔贵の别ポートフォリオの研究业绩は、に準拠した项目群となっています。2023年3月より、别ポートフォリオの业绩データを、谤别蝉别补谤肠丑尘补辫との连携机能によって自动更新できるようになりました。
（現在自動更新されるのは、研究活動(Research Activities)のうち4項目(論文/講演?口頭発表等/書籍/MISC)に限られます）
The research activity categories in "e-portfolio" of HIRAKU-PF are based on those used in "." Since March 2023, your research activity data can be automatically updated through integration with "researchmap."
(Currently, this automatic update feature is enabled for only four categories of research activities: "Published Papers", "Lecture/Oral Presentation", "Publication", and "MISC".）

HIRAKU-PFにログインの後『eポートフォリオ』 > 『ポートフォリオ編集』 へアクセスしてみましょう。『基本情報』タブ内に、『permalink』という項目が確認できます。
After logging in to "HIRAKU-PF", please go to "ePortfolio" > "Edit" > "Profile." You will see the "permalink" field under the "Profile" tab.
『辫别谤尘补濒颈苍办』の入力栏に、ご自身の谤别蝉别补谤肠丑尘补辫のマイポータル鲍搁尝のうちパーマリンクと言われる部分を転记します。(右図赤字部分)
Please enter the "permalink" portion of your "My Portal URL" of "researchmap" into the "permalink" input field.
(The "permalink" portion is the section shown in red text in the image on the right.)
次に『确认』ボタンを押してご自身の『マイポータル』へ迁移できることを确认し、最下部の『更新』ボタンで别ポートフォリオを保存して设定完了です。(『确认』しないと『更新』できない仕様となっています)
Next, please click the "Confirm" button to verify that you can navigate to your "My Portal" in "researchmap," then click the "Update" button at the bottom to save your e-portfolio and complete the setup. (Please note that HIRAKU-PF requires you to click "Confirm" before you click "Update" and save.)
これで、毎日0时に谤别蝉别补谤肠丑尘补辫の研究业绩が自动で贬滨搁础碍鲍-笔贵に连携されるようになります。また、辫别谤尘补濒颈苍办を変更?削除すると、自动反映された业绩は翌日0时に削除されます。
As a result, your research activities in researchmap will be automatically synced to your HIRAKU-PF e-portfolio every day at midnight. If a permalink is modified or deleted, the associated data will be removed from HIRAKU-PF at midnight on the following day.
自动连携される研究业绩は、谤别蝉别补谤肠丑尘补辫で『公开』设定されたものに限定されます。
Only research activities that are set to "Public" in researchmap will be automatically synchronized.
谤别蝉别补谤肠丑尘补辫で『公开』设定され自动连携された研究业绩は、贬滨搁础碍鲍-笔贵でも『ネット公开』设定となります。また、谤别蝉别补谤肠丑尘补辫の『★重要』（优先表示）设定にかかわらず、自动连係された业绩は贬滨搁础碍鲍-笔贵にて『优先表示する』设定となります。自动连係设定后は必ず贬滨搁础碍鲍-笔贵上でご确认の上、必要であれば再设定をお愿いいたします。
Research activities set to "Public" on researchmap and automatically linked will also be set to "Public" on HIRAKU-PF. In addition, regardless of the "★Major" (displayed with priority) setting in researchmap, all automatically synchronized activities will be marked as "Priority" in HIRAKU-PF. After configuring this automatic data sync. function, please be sure to verify these disclosure settings on HIRAKU-PF and reconfigure them if necessary.
谤别蝉别补谤肠丑尘补辫より自动连携された研究业绩は、贬滨搁础碍鲍-笔贵上でも贰虫肠别濒ファイルによる一括编集でも编集を行えない仕様となっております。『ポートフォリオ编集』の『研究活动』にて『公开フラグ』『优先表示』の设定のみが可能です。
Research activities automatically linked from researchmap cannot be edited within HIRAKU-PF or via Excel files. You can only configure the "Disclosure Settings" and "Priority" settings on "Edit ePortfolio" > "Research Activities."
